Our Story

A company specialised in energy renovation and rehabilitation

Founded in 2023, LUMIERA has established itself in Paris as a company specialising in the energy renovation and rehabilitation of homes, shops, offices, buildings and local authorities.

Thanks to its expertise and the trust of its partners, the company has experienced continuous growth since its creation. Today, LUMIERA includes an interior design division, led by an interior architect within its team. This development makes it possible to offer comprehensive project management, from design through to completion, while ensuring consistency, quality and cost control.

The company is built on an in-house team of salaried craftspeople, recruited for their technical expertise and their versatility on building sites. This integrated structure allows LUMIERA to manage all stages of the work in-house, to ensure rigorous monitoring of schedules and to guarantee a consistent and controlled level of execution.
